Hampton Beach and the inland neighbourhoods off Route 27 and Route 101. Rentals, condos and year-round homes.
Hampton has two lives. In summer, Hampton Beach along Ocean Boulevard is wall-to-wall rentals, condos and motels turning over weekly, and the turnover cleans run all season at the published bedroom rate. Off-season, and year-round, it is the inland neighbourhoods off Route 27, Winnacunnet Road and Route 101 that book weekly and bi-weekly house cleaning, and the businesses along Lafayette Road that book office cleaning and floor care. The beach condos take a beating from sand and salt, so hard-floor care and window washing at $12 a window are steady bookings at the start and end of the season. Hampton is near the south end of Perham’s regular range, down Route 1 or I-95 from Kittery. Bookings get a three-hour arrival window and a heads-up text before the crew sets off, the same as in Kittery.
House cleaning is priced by the bedroom and the figure is the same weekly, bi-weekly or one-time. There is no travel charge for Hampton, NH.
