Perham Services is based in Kittery, Maine, on the Piscataqua, so the service area genuinely covers both sides of the river: York County in Maine and the New Hampshire Seacoast from Portsmouth to Dover and down to Seabrook.
The home base. Kittery Foreside, Kittery Point, Admiralty Village and the Route 1 corridor, cleaned by a company that lives here.
MEYork Village, York Harbor, York Beach and Cape Neddick. Year-round homes, summer places and the rentals in between.
MENext door to Kittery along the Piscataqua. State Road, Route 236 and the quiet roads in between.
MEUp Route 236 from Kittery: the village around Main Street, the Salmon Falls side, and the homes out toward Vaughan Woods.
Across the Memorial Bridge. Downtown, the South End, the West End and Pease, for homes and for offices.
NHMostly a business town: Pease, the Fox Run retail area and Woodbury Avenue, with a small residential core by Little Bay.
NHThe island town off Portsmouth. Older shingle and colonial homes, ocean on three sides, salt on every window.
NHWallis Sands, Jenness Beach, Rye Harbor and the inland side. Beach homes and year-round homes on the same list.
NHBetween Rye and Hampton: North Hampton Beach, Little Boar’s Head and the Lafayette Road businesses.
NHHampton Beach and the inland neighbourhoods off Route 27 and Route 101. Rentals, condos and year-round homes.
NHThe state-line town: the Route 1 retail strip, Seabrook Beach and the neighbourhoods off Route 107.
